We take the privacy of data on your devices seriously. We don't access personal files unless it's necessary for your repair (for example, data recovery or drive cloning) and only with your knowledge. We recommend backing up before any repair where possible.

This site uses anti-spam measures on our contact form (including a per-visitor rate limit that stores a hashed version of your IP address temporarily). We do not use tracking cookies or analytics.
